Can anyone from AlixPartners share his opinion on what is like working at the firm? What are the career advancement opportunities and timings?
I’m very interested because from what I know Alix pays very well (much better than MBB) with better WLB and has great exit opportunities in PE/VC.

I don’t want to do this auditing stuff anymore...but I don’t want to quit without a job and I don’t want to leave my team while we’re in busy season.

knows what the job entails exactly. I keep hearing about people "fooled" into taking a job in risk advisory thinking it'll really be advisory while they only end up doing IT and Audit support (which I do not want to do).
Is it the case here?

Wondering what people think about my situation. I’ve been offered a role with a company. The job description didn’t mention college degree as a requirement. On my CV I have a section listed as “Education” and under it I have “Business Studies” with the university name and the 3 years that I attended the course (2.5 to be exact). It’s a 4 year degree and under this I have my High School equivalent with the years I attended there. The education wasn’t mentioned in the interviews. Continued below.

I moved to my current company just a month back but Amazon process was in progress, so leaving in probation. I don't think they considered TC of my current company (17 LPA from 7.5 LPA) as it's been just a month. Any views regarding the offer and TC offered.
