What senior level? If coming out of assurance, they most likely know you didn’t get a great raise (if any this year). A new Sr1 can expect to make mid 80s in HCOL. Sr2 might be low to mid 90s.

like

Senior 1 - $80-$85
Senior 2 - $85-$90
Senior 3 - $90-$98

Putnam UK WLB? Culture?

We have sales people in Canada and the US, the Canadians make 150K CAD and down here it’s 150K USD, the Canadians argue they should be making 30% more than the US colleagues to be equal bc of the exchange! I explain the salary is dependent on the market data for them in Canada, WHERE THEY LIVE, and you can’t compare it to the US employees and the market data down here. Overall they are both in the 75th% for total comp. for their industry. Am I wrong?

I was not like this, but I'm so tired of the mentality "Send it to Paul, he can solve it" (Paul is my fake name). New hireds cant do the job, old seniors are quiting like birds...

If HR doesn't fulfill the counter offer, is it ok to accept 12 lpa fixed for Level 9 and when will I get a hike here and how much would it be approximately?
