Hiii! Just had my final interview and only got to ask one question because it was times up. Was hoping to use that time to show my excitement for the role and company. We used up the time discussing my role and him connecting it to role im applying for. At the end I only got to ask about company culture and quick goodbye. Green Card via employer - Should I bring up previous unauthorized work?

Hi folks, my employer is kicking off my green card process. I am currently in the beginning, filling out employment questionnaires, and working in the paperwork necessary to initiate the petition.

However, during my F-1 years, I engaged in unauthorized work for a small advertising agency.

Is it a requirement to bring up that period within the forms, or should I omit to facilitate the process and to avoid any surprises?

Hi fishes, I got letter of intent from Wipro from the recruiting person on 28th march and given april 28th joining date and i have also accepted it

Also I have sent mail to join early but she is not responding for mails even hr(scheduled interviews) is not responding for calls

Can i get any clarification about this Would i get offer letter before that joining date or else they have gone with other candidate?
