Hello everyone. Is anyone in the process of joining D-USI ? I received a 3rd revised offer letter about a day after the “market adjustment”. I contacted the HR and informed them that there were no updates on it, and they said a new one will be sent with updates.

I’m curious as to what these updates are. Anyone else facing something similar ? I’m assuming it’s minor changes to the T&C, and not a comp update.

I recently moved from PA to Central Virginia but I’m at a loss for how much I should be asking for for an hourly rate. In PA, I was making close to $31/hr.
