I made it the final round "panel" interviews with Amazon for a hardware engineering role. Anyone got any tips or experiences with Amazon interviews for a HW-oriented role?
It's 5 hours total, first two rounds are with managers. What I've done in the past is give as many examples as I could for HW solutions that I worked on highlighting the tech skills. Wondering if I can do more?

Hey all I’m building an automated budgeting app that is free to use and makes people money. Would anyone be interested in chatting and participating in our budgeting simulation as part of our MVP? It will take around 30 minutes of your time and we will give you a $20 gift card afterwards to a store of your choice! If you’re interested in participating, you can either 1) just shoot me a DM to arrange a time or 2) schedule a time with our link https://calendly.com/kanbeeapp

Not sure if there's any good one size fits all advice, but as an attorney who represents and diligences many startups, I'll note that after a startup raises money, you usually start to see more growth-oriented people (e.g. people working in signing up customers / partners, people working on branding and marketing) and administrative people (a CFO, an HR person, etc.).
It sounds like you are still in the very early stages though, so it might not make sense to hire anyone, depending on your runway (hiring people is expensive!!)
It depends. You, the founder, would know the answer best based on the direction of the company. If you’re unclear about it, make sure to talk through your thoughts with a mentor. That really helps, based on experience..
