Can anyone suggest search terms and job boards / websites to look for remote jobs in which the associate can be based out of Hawaii? Been searching but I think I'm not using proper terminology combinations (auditor + remote + Hawaii / US and remote + US on LI).

I'm a year out from moving (fiancé being stationed there). I've gotten selected to move forward in remote jobs I've applied to but when I mention Hawaii they say it's excluded from the "remote from anywhere in the country" criteria.

Which would you choose:
1. Director/Chief Privacy Officer: B2B. healthcare global company. $240K total comp + sign-on bonus. Move to the Midwest. Go to the office 3x week. Immediate senior leader. Team of 10 to manager + the entire company’s data processing.
2. Senior manager: B2C. big name tech company. $300K - $350K total comp. Ladder to climb. You’re assigned a lane. Remote. Individual contributor.

Im a RN and took on a new role working in Home Health. I chose this position because My husband & I recently moved to PA with our 2 kids (1&3), with no family available for his residency program with a hospital. If you know that life, I’m pretty much the main parent for our kids. I don’t want to work in the hospital/floor work anymore; nor do I believe the hrs are flexible enough. I need a job that’s flexible for the kids but pays >$44/hr. Maybe remote or hybrid? Please help w/ suggestions.

Is it crazy to leave my job at EY to take a lower paying position in industry? I'm a recently promoted tax manager making about 140k.
