I worked at BAH in the past and am in the interview process now as a potential comeback kid.
First time around: phone screen followed by a hiring day where probably 30+ of us were brought on site, assigned a room, and a series of interviewers came in round robin. I think it was 4-6 interviewers at 30 minutes a pop. Offer came in a few days later. While I was there the few interviews I did as an interviewer were the same process.
This time: I'm being considered to lead a contingent contract, so it's a bit different. Phone screen and then a 2 hour pretty freewheeling conversation with the HM, no one else involved yet.
I thoroughly enjoyed the culture the first time. I had competitive comp and excellent team members and leadership. I was on two long term projects and both were enjoyable and not at all staff aug (enterprise level IT mod for the first, enterprise IT strat for the second). I was not actively looking for a new role when I left, I was head hunted and got a fantastic offer. Unlike several other companies I've worked for (cough, cough, Deloitte, cough), I was absolutely open to returning to BAH at some point in the future, and this might be that point.

The process is a series of interviews for a specific position, unlike PwC/Big 4 and other firms. I received a job offer prior to Guidehouse. I’ve been at 2 Big4 firms, have 10+ yoe and I was offered $90K. My salary at GH is twice that. Also, depending on level there are no bonuses.
That said, the BAH people we have on contracts as subs have been almost uniformly delightful. Positive, hardworking, resourceful.
I interviewed with three different teams in a span of two hours and got the offer 2 days after. They'll likely have a specific project in mind for you and spend a bit going over that and then it will just be an informal walkthrough of your experiences/behavioral questions.

I did a single interview for about two hours with two teams. Was a large room with something like 6 interviews happening at once and offer came three days later. This was pre covid.
Didn't accept the offer. So can't tell, unfortunately came in lower than what I was looking for.

Totally team dependent. We have a screener capture some basic info. If you’re a potential fit, we have 3-4 people interview you. It’s mostly for fit— we want to know how flexible you are and how many other projects we could staff you on. Lots of opportunities for you to interview us as well.
If we like you, we might make an offer within a day or two, but it could be a week depending on approvals and people’s availability/schedules. It’s possible we may want to bring you in for another interview. For us that means the panel was split or there’s something not 100%.

Also totally team dependent. But I’ve been on several teams and I would say the common things are that networking is important and rewarded, no one likes douchebaggery, being fungible is to your benefit, and people are pretty balanced. Small talk is necessary for team building.
