Can I start an LLC and manage people’s money through a fund account without being a licensed CFP or having passed the series 7, etc?

Is it worth it to be certified // do the CFP or CFA? Does anyone have advice?

Thoughts on joining at team at Morgan Stanley vs RIA route? I have an option for a team who is all retiring and looking for succession opportunities ($3mm annual revenue book). Another option is going an RIA route with a bank affiliation. Currently I’m working for a bank trust dept as a wealth advisor (very few of my accounts are trusts). I’m a CFP and my book is $2mm in annual rev. I’m ready for a change but looking for some feedback, particularly if anyone is familiar with Morgan Stanley.

Ok guys. I am a lawyer. Solo practice. My husband is a former professor who did not get tenure and quit academia. He has been working as my paralegal for several years and is brilliant at it. I only need him part time though. He could make a lot more money, it seems, doing this kind of work for a real lawfirm on a full time basis. Is this kind of move doable? Any advice re: breaking into paralegal work?
