It feels like my pay and title are lower than my scope of duties. So, this is a little awkward, but I recently moved to SD for a fresh start, and honestly, I love this city. My problem is I have been more of a homebody since I moved here and I'm a little intimidated to go out and meet people because I don't feel like I fit in here. Hi Guys, I came on a previsit and joined and then returned back to my Home Town but while signing the contract i saw that if you leave the company withing 2 year you have to pay entire relocation cost back.

1. My initial offer letter didnt have these clause mentioned.
2. Is Pre-Visit considered as a part of relocation, I came because they denied virtual onboarding .

Now my question i didnt take relocation package i was forced to come for onboarding.
