I hardly see positions advertised on the websites of these firms but there are vacancies that they seem to recruit for through recruiters. What’s the deal here? Apologies if this is repetitive, but here for some inspiration stories… I prepped hard for the first (phone interview) McK 30-min evaluative case study (Digital Associate role) but failed it cause I couldn’t calm my nerves… is it realistic to hope that with more hard work, I can at least make it to the final rounds next time round? Any tips to not be anxious for a phone interview?

For anyone who's made it out of SAP: How do you write your experience on your resume to focus less on SAP so your not pegged as an "SAP guy"? My experience is mostly in testing and project management.

I mean I just cracked the interview to join KGS. And now again why do I need to attend interview? What happens if someone cannot crack client interview?will he not get project and will be asked to leave?

I have cleared interview with Wipro a month ago and after 15 days I received a simple mail from HR saying you are selected.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.

What should I do now?
