Can someone please clarify if there will be an appraisal this year?
I noticed that the compensation letter does not include any salary increment, does this mean there will be no appraisal this cycle?

So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. I've been WFH the past 2 yrs and overtime more than half my team has now been pulled out to work for a diff department which resulted in me taking 90% of our daily tasks to handle. I was sexually harassed by a male colleague a few years ago (M here) I went from being one of the highest performers in my group 2 years ago to one of the lowest performers and I’m on the verge of being put on a PIP. This has affected my life in so many ways and idk if I can recover from it. I feel helpless and ashamed of what happened and I’ve become completely numb. I wish those around me would’ve shown a little compassion and tried to talk to me instead of assuming I was being lazy.

I’m at a mid size transactional firm. I’m a total night owl and my partners have OK’d me starting the workday at around 11am because I regularly work until midnight or later. I get so much more done after dark! I still get some side eye from other associates, but 🤷🏽‍♀️
