Can someone please help me understand this statement from the latest guidelines testing on arrival Canada by land? Is it referring to test taken 72hr prior or it is a new test to be taken after crossing the border?

I had IVF process to get pregnant. During pre- embryo transfer we were told that girl embryo is being transferred. Currently I am 18 week pregnant. I had anatomy scan and we found out we are having a boy. Baby looked all healthy but due to gender discrepancy, We are asked to do additional testing and genetic disorder screening.
