Can someone tell me—are fresher jobs dead?

Every day I see hundreds of openings across all kinds of companies, yet there's no interview call, no feedback, absolutely nothing.

If almost every fresher is facing the same situation, then who's actually getting hired? What's really happening behind the scenes?

If anyone has genuinely figured out a way to break through this and start getting interview calls, I'd really appreciate your advice. Please share what worked for you.

Hi Guys,I joined Cognizant as a BA.One client took interview for RPA Project.I was pretty happy it's a new tech but into the project the onsite BA's r doing all the work n m just creating documentation.I am really frustrated.I picked cognizant of many good offers.They r spoiling my career.What shud I do? I'm SVP/strategy for a PR agency. I moved into PR, Healthcare, and Strategic Planning only 3 years ago. An agency recruiter is trying to convince me to move into a GSVP account role, assuring me "at that level it's all strategy." (I dont think she understands the words she's using. Or that I'm qualified). But long-term, knowing account roles are so much more plentiful than brand planning in PR, I'm wondering if I should start thinking about account. Anyone here moved from strategy to account?

Today i received an interviewer call from deloitte and he asked my expected ctc, i have no idea what's the average package could be and said 3.5l p.a. for a post in cash applications.

Im having 2years 10 months experience and previous ctc was 2.4l p.a.

Tomorrow im having another round of interview. Can i negotiate again with hr after my selection process completed?

I'm thinking i could've said upto 4l p.a.

I bought CER006 on Nov 21 with my current company email id and completed one certification. I am leaving my current organization and I still have 9+ months time left for CER006. My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also. Is there any way I can transfer the certification to my personal email I'd so that I can write other exams in time left?
