When company can fire people who have worked for them for more than a decade without thinking twice, why should employees hesitate to leave them if they don't like the job? If a new employer asks you about why you left a company within a short time, just be frank and give a honest reply. All companies operate to make money and then during the interview, they tell the candidate to not think about just the money. What hypocrisy. Are they doing any charity by hiring people. They make profits out of the hard work of employees and as soon as the profit margins drop, they fire the employee.
It's fine. Just don't bother mentioning this 1 month stint in your resume. And be prepared to answer the question of why you are leaving within a month to the next company that is interviewing.
If there's no proper project fit, it's best to leave as soon as possible to avoid further loss of time and opportunity.
You don't have to mention this experience with next company
Be mature while giving answer for what you have done 1month, otherwise all good.
Yes ofcourse you should! It's just been a month and it doesn't matter.
I think the current company might ask you to serve the notice period. Nowadays, even companies have become quite smart. They don't have a probation period and impose a 60/90 days notice period since day 1. What is the notice period in your current company?
