I just left a very toxic work place.
The crazy thing is they were just named the best local municipality to work for. It's upsetting. They advertise a "culture" but don'tapply it. It felt like a used car sales pitch, I was sold a dream but given junk. I am constantly replaying moments. I have read so many books and everything leads to they were the problem. How do I recover from this?

What do you do for winter shoes and commuting?

I walk a total ~20 mins in between train/bus stations and then getting from the stop in the loop to the office.

Got an offer from Accenture & CTS. Both agreed to offer a CTC of 20 LPA, although Accenture is offering more joining bonus than CTS. I am not sure what my current employer (TCS) is thinking right now.
