Can working in 9PM to 6AM shift continuously for months cause you High BP, Cholesterol, Liver and Kidney issues?

I have worked two times in my career in night shift for 2-3 months continuously and immediately I started having these issues. I have noticed if you work even for a week in night shift,most probably you will have fever too.

The difference between the night shift period occurrence was around 2yrs.
First, I worked from Oct'20 to Feb'21.
Second, I worked from Nov'22 to Feb'23.

What is the point in asking why do you want to switch after all interview process ? Haven't HR seen resume with all career progression for a candidate before shortlisting that resume which means they are fine with another Switch. If at all they want to ask this question so as to eliminate someone , they should ask this as the first call by them before scheduling the interview. It is a two process i.e. you need a resource and we don't ask them why do you want to recruit us ?
