Trying to find an ergonomic chair that is also aesthetically appealing. It’s impossible.
Can anyone with an all33 office chair comment as to whether you love it or hate it? Is it worth $600?
Looking to invest in a new office chair. So far considering Steelcase Series 2 and Herman Miller Verus. Anyone have other recommendations to take a look at?
Keyboard shopping. Requirements: wireless, ergonomic, rated well, bottom left corner must be ctrl key, must have F4 key (none of that fn+ bs). Am struggling
I am on H1 B single whose home office is in Manhattan. I live in the New Port area of NJ. Due to the COVID pandemic I do not think that I will have to go to office for another 4 months. Can I possibly work from a location somewhere in the fly over states for the next 4 months ? Will I have a problem with LCA s ? Has anyone had USCIS random visits at their home work location ?
When I’m at my home office, I like to walk the 2 miles to/from and I change once I get to the office....now that weather is warming up- recommendations for clothing to sweat in but not look a mess?
any recommendations for a good / affordable home office chair? preferably one with good back support...
I’m starting in PwC next Monday and want to know if PwC still offer the $250 budget for remote working set up? I’m thinking to buy a second monitor.
Would love to hear how many monitors everyone’s at-home office features. My colleagues think I’m crazy for working off of a single monitor plus my laptop screen.
Cyber Monday standing desk recommendations?
Starting to get tax stuff together, as a full-time salaried employee, anyone know if we can write off part of a mortgage/rent if you have a home office and had to WFH during Covid while the work office was closed? Will be asking my accoutant on Mon, but curious...
My bank makes you fill out a form if you want to work in the office for each individual day. It’s largely empty from what I hear. What are the risks if I were to go in and “borrow” an office chair for my new apt? How about a monitor?
Does anyone have a standing desk mat they recommend? I have a large L desk that is convertable and looking for one thst is comfortable to stand on but could also have a chair role over it for when I'm sitting
Need a good office chair. My current chair hurts my lower back. Any recommendation thats cheap and good
Recommendations on conference speakerphone for home office? Have an old Jabra and looking to upgrade.
Anyone have recs for treadmills that can be used under a standing desk? Ideally can handle some running and good for an apartment so neighbors won't complain.

What's your biggest career regret?
Sitting at a bar waiting to go to a concert. Manager texts me "Call me". Ignore or call? 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
I need to have pre-made excuses for why I can't hang out with someone. It's way too often I say yes just because I can't think of a reason to say no.
How do YOU manage/approach the “life” part in “work-life balance” when traveling for work every week? Considering a new company for higher pay and a new experience but not used to traveling often
Who else actually only works 10-15 hours a week? Be honest. I’m a highly levered manager and outsource everything. Bless up.
BF and I are arguing over pie charts. I say pie charts are a slide's worst enemy. He says they are perfectly reasonable. This may be a deal breaker.
Is it merely fashionable to be a social justice warrior on social media or... is it appropriate and needed? I support awareness and mobilizing people for good, but for a large part, it doesn’t seem sustainable. To me it seems very passive with no real intent (ie - people copycat posts and only post reactionary content). We don’t need reactions. We need action.
I'm working at a European Branch of EY-Parthenon (Strategy) and was wondering if US companies might care about the branch location. I am about to move to the states and I'm not sure if this might hurt my chances of getting a decent consulting or industry job (EYP is not the leading player in my country). Will love to hear your opinion about it.
What age are you and approximately how much $$ do you have invested in the stock market?
S. Seek cover K. Keep a low profile A. Avoid higher ups T. Take no initiative E. Evade above all else. - your friendly veteran
So tired of this Deloitte culture. SM's/PPD's scheduling post 7pm calls, PRD to do along w/ client work, always being nervous when you're on bench & having to constantly fend off requests to do extra
I have a coworker on a project who is not contributing their fair share... I'm afraid I'm already viewed as too aggressive in the group so I haven’t been vocal about it. I think I may stay silent.
