I’m currently interviewing with a few top 10 firms and a couple top 100 firms for a mostly remote experienced associate/new senior role. Does anyone have any tips on virtual interviews and how to gauge the culture of the firm and if it really will be a good fit for you? I’m struggling to figure out that out because I used to gauge it on the feeling I got while in their office during interviews. Any suggestions would be helpful :)

Not sure if it’s odd that the company reached out after my final round interview to have a call and “discuss next steps” but then they haven’t responded to me since I’ve followed up (I’ve poked 3 times every 11 days or so but I plan to leave it be now until they respond).

Today I encountered the strangest bug I have ever seen with Excel+Thinkcell. I have, as always, a separate Thinkcell sheet where I gather and structure the data (from other sheets) I want to make charts of. looking for advice for my partner who is a data scientist at an ad agency in NYC.
