Capgemini offered me 10 lpa initially, at that time my ctc was 7.6.. later i got a hike in company and CTC became 8.6 .. upon revision request Capgemini changed the offer to 13.2 .. now prodapt is offering me 14.9.. should i ask Capgemini to raise the offer again? Yoe is 5.1 , 28 days to lwd

I received an offer from big 4 with 60% hike. My managers wants to retain and I asked them to match if you want me to be retained.
Now I got a call from GPM yesterday. He used harsh words like "being greedy" "selfish" etc and offered me 30% in the end.
I politely declined but he asked me to reconsider as he said "it would be unfair for the org for you to leave so soon."

Let me know a proper response.

Also what do you think of this behavior by GPM?
