Right after the managerial round I got email from HR to fill an application form and give other details. It has been 3 days since then and no update. On the portal it is showing 3 interviews as green and in review data in yellow. What does this mean? Tech - DevOps / 5.8 years Infosys

Infosys is a bit better in terms of job security
But you have to compromise on the quality of work.
Infosys
I would select Infosys not capgemini
Pro
I worked at infosys. The campus is beautiful. Lot of fresh air. The take home is less with more deductions.
If you like to have more O2 levels, then go for infosys.
I am not sure about take home in Capgemini. Also their campuses are not as big as infosys have.
I would go for Infosys personally for the work life balance alone but they are both really great companies to get offers from. You really can't go wrong with either.
No work life balance for some projects, it completely depends on the project to project
