Depends which ones. International flights (outside of United, American, ANA, Lufthansa, and maybe Japan Airlines) depart at Terminal 5, which is NOT walkable. Youâd have to take the airport train and reclear security. Otherwise, Terminals 1-3 are connected and you should be able to walk from 1 (United) to 3 (American) in ~15 or less minutes.
Two domestics. Absolute worst case would be United Concourse C to minor airline (Spirt, Frontier, Virgin). 30 minute Olympic-style speed walk. If not C, 20 minutes max. In any case, no security - you can stay air side.

Yeah switching terminals from C concourse is a nightmare in a hurry
Last bit: there is a shuttle from C to E. If you need to go C-->E or F (or reverse), take it. Otherwise walk.
