It's been almost two years now,
No work life balance,
No proper management,
They don't care about employees at all only focused on client needs.
Top management will always pretend that this is the best company to work.
No major perks for employees.
So the decision of joining this company would be a mistake.
Don't just run to join this company for money if you have a little less offer from another firm, take that.
This is the honest opinion might help you
Different people might have different opinions about the company.
It all depends upon the project you have been assigned and the manager that you wotks with.
It is not the case for me.

CT has been the worst company I've ever worked in. Top management and leads are as*holes.

Top management is arrogant and gives false hope.
Buggers will use retention bonus which is btw from your own CTC and hold you for 2 years , then this buggers will try to give you false hopes of usa visa and further trap you for 2 years.. will give peanuts to existing employees and will do lateral hiring with 100 % hike. Forget about retention loyalty , they will give you single digits hikes even for top performer
Management only concerned with billing.
It depends on project to project and team members. I am having good time with the project i am working on quite new learning experience, good reporting manager.
U need to stretch for few deliverables that's fine
They won't ever let you switch a project you're trapped in too. Appraisals are worse too.
