I had a small query that I have been interviewed for a role in Deloitte in October 2020 and I have not cleared the interview then after again I had applied and cleared the interview and got the LOI also but the time gap is not exactly 6 months between the two interviews will it be a problem to get my offer letter.?

I’m currently an associate (no kids) in a very busy corp group (think 50-60 billable weekly). My wife works significantly less (currently part time, 10-15, but hopefully will be full time soon). So, I’m interviewing for a position that fits perfectly, HR likes my profile, had great conversations with them. Today I had a Panel interview with HR and the hiring manager. The manager is not experienced, it’s her first r manager role and she’s been in it for 3 months. I was prepared but was out of breath the entire interview, had a knot in my throat, had trouble finding my words. It’s like I had PTSD when this manager came into the picture. Ever had that?
