Currently working with D and having 8 YOE. Got an offer from TCS with 70% hike along with preferred location. Current ctc is ~22LPA.
Is it a good move from Big4 to Indian Firm ? Should I ask for more compensation given that hikes/bonus later on would be very minimal in Indian MNCs?
