Total comp is about the same considering I’d be starting near the bottom at LEK, and I really like the WLB of Pfizer. I need some help in deciding whether to switch. I am a fresher with 3 months of experience at a funded PBC. Current base is 9 LPA. The work and the team are really great, and I have a mentor who can comfortably focus on me for the foreseeable future.
