Coming from GH Commercial Health (provider) with 2 YOE. Recently received verbal offers from Pfizer in-house consulting as a Sr. Analyst and from LEK as an Associate. Total comp is about the same considering I’d be starting near the bottom at LEK, and I really like the WLB of Pfizer. Which offer would be better for business schools in 2-3 years and overall LS trajectory?

I just received an offer from BNY Mellon, and as per their terms and conditions mentions BNY can solely decide to reject or not accept our resignation letter, even though the notice says 60 days? Is it even legally allowed?
