Company wants me to take a base cut because they want me to move into more of a BD role where target bonus is 50% vs current 20%. Going to push back pretty hard

can someone tell me whats a good deal on negotiating a bonus at D in GPS? Recruiter said he'd make sure my base minimum is $100k. Was in a very low phone service area when he called but I did hear him mention a bonus and throwing in $2k for moving. Offer letter not in yet. 2yoe
