How many years at M? What kind of work do you do? It seems a sliver low, but not by much...
For 2nd tier you are doing ok for 2nd year manager.
Still seems low when I evaluate posts on FB & glassdoor... thinking to negotiate putting myself on the MBA pay track... wondering if anyone has done that successfully?
Tier 2 city, 2nd year as M, M&A focussed work
I don't even know what that means... like you're going to ask to be paid as if you had an MBA? I guess you could, but why would they do that for you? Also, don't believe everything you read on here - it's just a big dick measuring contest. Personally, I've successfully negotiated a better raise, but not on the same FY, but the next. Usually, once you've gotten your new salary, it's pretty hard to negotiate anything...
OP, sounds like you’re in PwC’s DDV practice and are in the non MBA cohort. The possibility of moving to the MBA cohort is slim to none. You will just get a bigger salary bump when you make it to Director. At the Director level both the MBA/non-MBA grids merge
Thanks P1.. I am not sure if the grids merge after you make a Director.. have heard conflicting messages about it.
They do merge. Btw you sound like you’re grossly underpaid. Why don’t you just leave? I mean DDV is getting worse each day.
What's DDV?
