Competitive salary to ask for Big 4 Consultant level?

I’m a Senior Analyst at a mid size firm where I specialize in Oracle ERP implementation. I have 2 YOE post grad, 8 months at Oracle in sales and over 1 year in implementation. I would like to get out of my company’s niche of clients and to break into a big 4 firm. What’s a reasonable salary + signing to ask for Consultant level at Deloitte or Senior Associate at PwC

As an SA I currently make 85k base + 10% bonus (93.5k total comp)

What matters more to you when finding a new job - title or total compensation/money?

Expecting an offer this week or early next week, but want to know when you start negotiating the salary? When you receive the call from the company or wait until receiving the formal offer letter? And how should the negotiation start? Through phone calls or emails? Didn’t use recruiter for this position, so I don’t know what is the process here.

I’m so tired of US companies hiring remote Canadian employees offering to pay a fraction of the price for the same role.

This is consistent across the majority of the tech companies. While I am looking to exit consulting, don’t want to be paid 50% of what my colleagues would be making across the border.

Also got stock option (24k for 4y vesting, valuated at 50k today) Convinced her to negotiate for 110. Is that too late? What arguments to use?

(1/2) I started a new job less than a month ago at a large firm with a significant pay increase. I work remotely- which is a special arrangement. They paid for my travel to their headquarters for in-person training. After interacting with my manager and some of the attorneys, I feel like I made a mistake. Manager is demeaning and rude. A bunch of the attorneys dropped not so subtle hints that people who work from home are causing all kinds of problems. I don’t know what to do.

Genuinely curious, do people actually enjoy working in the Oracle EPM system? Been working in it for 2 years and it’s miserable. I can’t imagine anyone waking up and looking forward to implementing that system, but that could just be me.
