At the conclusion they spoke of mutual interest and said they were going to reach out to the recruiter assigned to my requisition. It has been over a week and I have not received any communication. Should I reach out to the recruiter or would that come across as tipping my hand in appearing needy? Thanks!

Working at a boutique transactiona firm. First year did not receive much guidance and made a few errors, one of which could have been a deal but ended up being fine but overall I worked hard, billed hours above target and showed a willingness to learn. Three main partners in the group. I feel like I may have been written off by the one partner, still get a fair amount of work from another and the third has never really given work but has a rep for doing things alone or using seniors. Got an offer to work at a smaller consulting firm doing the same thing I’m doing now (software dev work) with a 40% pay bump. Is it worth staying in big 4 for the sake of being in big 4?

Any insight into the Product Development Specialist role at Facebook? My goal is product management and I am currently a strategy consultant with 3 YOE (not technical), but this seems like a possible path toward that goal. The initial total comp brought up was only $110K (base, bonus, stock), which is barely more than I am making now, though they said there was room to negotiate on the stock portion.
