Completed several video interviews @ EY over the past couple months including the last one with a Partner. They contacted me again today for an additional Partner interview on Monday although I was told the previous one would be the final. Also, when they sent the invite today it had an Independence link to check my financial holdings with a user id of "newhire" for ensuring compliance with firm policy prior to onboarding? Not sure why they are scheduling an additional interview?

Is there any advantage to telling a company you are interested in working for in the future where you decided to accept an offer from? Or does it not matter? I accepted an offer a week ago with a great company (Company A) that for this season in my life seems like a great fit and only strengthens what I have to offer company B down the road. Company B just sent me a request for interview and I want to keep the door open with Company B but they were just very late in extending an interview.

Does it matter if you use the same examples for behavioral questions for first and second round interviews?

Wondering what people think about my situation. I’ve been offered a role with a company. The job description didn’t mention college degree as a requirement. On my CV I have a section listed as “Education” and under it I have “Business Studies” with the university name and the 3 years that I attended the course (2.5 to be exact). It’s a 4 year degree and under this I have my High School equivalent with the years I attended there. The education wasn’t mentioned in the interviews. Continued below.

How To Be Productive when Your Job Is Boring

I’m losing my damn mind at my job. I’m 23 years old and I’m a very ambitious, hard working individual but my job is literally so boring, I feel that all of my habits and skills are slowly deteriorating. I mean I do nothing all day, most days.

Im tired all the time, I can’t think of anything to do. I try to watch educational videos/pods, but there’s only so much. Any advice on how to fill in the time in a productive and entertaining manner?

I used to work from home. I got a new job that requires me to go into the office. I love the job and the people I work with. There’s great energy and opportunities. But, the drive to the new job takes over an hour, and traffic is nuts. What are some tricks or tips to keep your sanity when driving to work? I hate traffic and it feels like such a waste of time.
