Hi, Is Trading & Investing in stocks banned for software engineers in JP Morgan? What about Mutual Funds, are they restricted/monitored ? Can we trade in Futures & Options ? If not equity stocks, can we trade in commodity exchange? Or maybe Forex exchange? Or Cryptos? Just want to know the boundaries of trading & investment and work accordingly! What are your experiences?

Hi fishes,
I am planning a switch so was going through some salary data for a software engineer. My ex-senior manager recommended me a website: Growceed.com which helped me a lot in getting clarification about a lot of things but I am in doubt whether the average salaries of software engineer mentioned on Growceed.com really that much in top MNC companies.

Not anymore, no. Do company leaders feel guilty when they layoff jobs? They’re doing what’s best for the company. Do the same for you and yours ❤️
No. If anything, I’m looking forward to making more. I worked hard for this.
No. And I particularly don't feel guilty when it is so easy to see that as a woman I'm always under leveled and under compensated relative to my male peers.
Why should we? We worked hard for it. It's only natural that we get properly compensated for the work we put in. You deserve it, so celebrate it. We've been taught to be small about our achievements for so long and it's time to unlearn it.
I used to feel when I used to move jobs and be in probation for about 2-3 months then bang neck deep in work almost 12hours and then look out for another one which pays more lol!
No.
I used to, when I felt I had less experience and responsibility. But now that I am more confident and have to take more on, I know I'm worth it.
I did for a long time…but now I realize that I work really hard for it!
Never guilty, but I do avoid flaunting it with peers who are not making as much. Celebrate your value!! If it’s a problem with partners being insecure, seek a partner that will encourage you to excel in life.
I don’t think anyone should feel guilty about the money they earn. You should be proud of it. I try to give back a little when I get an opportunity. You are worth it.
Yes, before. I have to look for two more part-time jobs. But now I was able to land on a very good job with a very good pay.
Nope. I am proud of it because I worked so hard for it. It's not easy to earn money nowadays.
No, because I’m certain I’m underpaid. That seems to be the trade off for the comfort of working for the same company for 10 years.
Love your perspectives ladies!
I don't think I call it "guilt". I call it inadequate. I feel like at this age, I should be making more.
Sometimes I feel bad about it. I don't even know what other people make or if what I make is a lot. I naturally thrive with a lot of my work, and I love what I do. I think that seeing some of my peers struggle with their work or dissatisfied with their job demotivates me and makes me feel bad about doing what I love and earning money for it. 😣 I realize this is inappropriate guilt because why should I feel guilty for doing something that I love? But, it’s hard for me to watch my coworkers and friends not as confident in chasing their lives/work in a way that they enjoy.
