Confused about joining Optum and Brillio
Having 10 years of experience, I have offer from both.
Compensation - Fixed component is same, but Optum has a variable part
TechStalk - Brillio hiring for Tableau SQL, Optum hires for PowerBi, Tableau, Alteryx

Please suggest which will be good to join considering factor like work life balance, growth, job security, benefits and etc? Please suggest. Appreciate your opinions on this.

Question about solo/self-employed 401ks: If I create a sole-member LLC for a side business and create a solo/self-employed 401k, am I only allowed to make contributions from the earnings earned via the LLC? Or am I allowed to contribute money earned from a different source (ie W-2 job).

Hello folks, I’m after some advice please. I recently bought a couple of indoor plants and added to the cart what I think is a very expensive bottle of natural mist to use on the leaves. All organic, glass bottle etc. supposed to use it 2-3 times per week but 2 weeks in I’m down to half a bottle and it was £15 (approx $20). I understand that I need to nurture the plants but it strikes me as a rather expensive mist. Is there anything you’d recommend I can use instead? Thanks.

Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

Sharing my experience with Deloitte USI interview and offer negotiation. I gave Deloitte interview 2 months ago. After managerial round I did multiple follow ups and Deloitte didn’t bother to reply. I moved on and got another offer. After 1 month Deloitte came back and asked for documents and didn’t show up for another 1 month. Today HR called and asked my expectations.
