"Confused Between Staying at Infosys or Joining Deloitte USI – Need Advice"

I joined Infosys 2 months ago, currently earning ₹75,000 in-hand. My project allows me to work from home for 35–40 days continuously after 10 days in the office (Pune location), which is convenient as my home is in Varanasi.

Recently, I got an offer from Deloitte USI with ₹1,03,000 in-hand, but there’s a mandatory 2-day office requirement every week (Hyderabad location) and no long WFH stretches.

Anyone got joining bonus? If so was it mentioned in offer letter?

What do you think when associates/senior associates misspeak on a concept during a meeting or interview?

I’ve learned something new on each project, and I’m afraid of coming off as an idiot so I rarely contribute to conversations; only after I have done research on the topic and have prepared do I speak/give ideas

A friend of mine from a top tier consulting firm was counseled out. Do you consider it ethical that his career counselor is intentially spreading the information to his colleagues and to other consultants from other companies in the project? What can he do about it? Specially that he considers the potential layoff is purely based on the current situation (chargeability was low) and not on his performance (they said that his contribution to BD during his bench time was low)?
