In the last two year I’ve gotten more and more into alcohol free beer. The selection in my country (Europe) is still small and mainly driven by the big brands (e.g. Heineken). My idea is to start my own small brewery which only produces alcohol free beer as a bit of a pendant to the booming local craft beer industry. Any thoughts on that idea or someone who has experience in the market?

I started at a new company 2 months ago and while I’m really enjoying my job so far, I’m having a hard time gauging whether or not I’m doing a “good job.” My role seems to be always evolving, which is fine and I actually enjoy being a support to the greater marketing team, but I feel like I need better defined targets to make sure I’m meeting expectations. Are marketing agencies really required to have their employees come into the office? We all work using computers and sharing our files in the cloud, the only time we see each other is for meetings, which can absolutely be done through Zoom. How is your job handling this atm?
