Consequences of not joining PwC SDC (AC) after accepting the Offer Letter?

I have already accepted the Offer Letter from PwC SDC (AC) in September for the Fixed Term Hire (Contract Role) of 5 months (18th November to 18th April) in the Assurance SL.

What are the consequences if I don't join?

I have decided that I'll cite health issues if HR contacts me on the DOJ and will say won't be able to join on any later date as well.

What's your thoughts?

I work in SAP Data Migration space.
Can anyone explain the difference between PWC SDC, PWC AC and PWC India?

I am trying to get into PWC. here are a few things I have heard so far. Is this fairly accurate?

1. PwC AC is offshore counterpart of PwC US. Good salary. No travel opportunities. Average yearly hike ~10% Mostly technical work.
2 PwC India is a pure consulting firm. Salary better than PwC AC. client facing work. Can grow as a management consultant. Great Travel opportunities.

How is PwC deals Kolkata AC team. I have been hearing negative reviews that Kolkata is toxic bangalore better but some say that at least deals team is good ... please any suggestions

Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. However, there is little to no learning and its very slow, the project is just starting and the client itself is not clear what they want. Do you think I should switch just because its a big 4.
