FAANG folks - what are Facebook/Google roles like Country Lead/Industry Lead equivalent to? Are these Director level roles? What sort of compensation can you expect in something like that role?

I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. Told a friend of mine in tech I was considering moving to BCG. He asked me if I would have to move to Boston.

I followed up by asking what he thought the top consulting firms were. "I'd guess PwC and then McKinsey are the best. I've also heard of KPMG, Deloitte, and Bain, but I don't know much about them."
