For those taking gmat more than 1 time, did your scores improve in the second time? Got a 690 my first one a month ago and retaking this week but I find myself freaking out. My practice test has been 720-730, though the one this weekend dropped to 700 because i was freaking out with verbal. Any encouragement is strongly appreciated 😔😥

Advice and/or consolation anyone? My wife and I (both above average health 30year olds) were trying for 11 months before getting pregnant and then had a week 5 early miscarriage a few months back. If the stress and surprise of just how difficult it apparently is to get pregnant wasn’t enough, the miscarriage put us over. We got back to it and have been trying for the last 2 months again, still no luck. We’re freaking out… all we want is a family. Any similar stories? Advice? 😢

Almost 18 weeks pregnant with no end in sight for fatigue and nausea. This week, my brain has added the stress of who will watch my toddler while I go into labor. I’m interested in pursuing cosmetic dermatology (possible Botox and laser treatment) for the first time. I’ve done a ton of research and the derm I’m most interested in going to charges a $150 consult fee but does NOT apply that cost to any treatments you get, whereas from my research it seems like derms in my city usually do apply the consult fee to the treatments. Would you pass on her due to that additional cost, or consider it worth it to see the derm you want to see?

I Appeared for an interview for RPA - Automation Anywhere. I didn't got any response after the interview. Then when I reached hiring manager through LinkedIn I got to know I cleared all the rounds but my expected cts is high so they might have rejected. First thing is I never said what I am expecting . And I clearly told In managerial round that I am open for salary discussion.

But no one responded. Will I get the call back in time? Or I just leave it and go ahead with other companies?

Today I received my promotion from C to SC. I made SC at 3.5 years out of college at a boutique (Pariveda, Slalom, West Monroe)

I made C 1 year out of college, but not sure if Adcoms will "notice" that, or just see me as a 3 YOE C. I feel a 3.5 YOE SC is a meaningful difference, but Stacy Blackman (robo email) says to not update adcoms. Thoughts?

Assuming I get into CBS/Wharton, is there that much of a difference between them to forgo scholarship money? Recently hired an admissions consultant and based off of our consultation she was great. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find a ton of non-gmat club/PQ feedback on her but I went with my gut and moved forward. What is the best way to get the most out of my experience with her?
