I got below offers from Herjavec group & Optum

Herjavec group- 11 lpa fixed + 1 l VP - IAM role with sailpoint exposure.

Optum - 11.7 fixed + 1.75 VP + 50K JB but the work is simple User access management with no exposure to IAM tool.

Which one should i choose ? Please help

I am a Reliability Maintenance 3P contractor for Amazon. I graduated with my Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering on June 2022. I’ve been working with Amazon for a year, but there’s a lack of prospective EE positions within the company. The job postings I see are either less or barely above my current salary. Got an offer from Google this week for a L4 (nontech) S&O role in NYC (5.5 Yoe). Can someone help me evaluate this?

Base: $151k
RSU: $136k over 4 yrs
Bonus: 15% ($23k)
No sign on
TC: $219k

This is the initial offer so have not negotiated yet, but thinking of asking for more RSUs and a sign-on. Thoughts?

Hey FSP-cleared folks, what’s your total compensation?

I recently (1+ yr ago) transitioned from consulting to industry. The hours are much better. Total comp is less than what I was making on the consulting side (-15% less). My schedule is much better, and I have a good routine outside of work. However, I don't feel accomplished at my current role and feel like I am not learning as much. I was hoping that I would make up for that comp difference in a year or two but upward mobility seems limited. Is it too soon to look for another job?
