CPAs who applied for reciprocity in Texas- how was the required 4 credit ethics course? How long did it take/how difficult was it? Does anyone know if you have to have your CPA license to take the ethics course?

I have a candidate awaiting license approval in CA and once he has his license, will apply for reciprocity in Texas. To get ahead, would he be able to take the ethics course while he waits to get his CA CPA license?

Curious what anyone thinks about cologne? Is it a turn on? I am not really into it.. but I just got a whiff of this dude at the gym and the cologne did something to me 🥰 It was really subtle.
