When is your cruise from? Miami?

funny

We took our 7 and 3 year olds out of Port Everglades in February - super easy. We rented a car when we landed at FLL for a few days with family, then dropped it at the airport and got an Uber to the cruise terminal. The kids used foldable boosters for those trips - not ideal, but it’s a short trip and I didn’t want to be carrying a car seat around.

Hotels are hotels - depends on your taste and budget. We love the Westin on A1A. For rental cars - FLL’s car rentals are across the street from the terminal, so just use kayak or similar to find something inexpensive. I have status with Hertz and National so grab an SUV from the choose your ride aisle depending on which of those is cheapest.

How often do you think you will be traveling in 2022 with COVID mostly behind us? In the final interview/negotiation stages with an agency focused on pharmaceutical marketing as an Account Manager. Offer states up to 30% travel (but was told 20% is more realistic). No further info given such as location of accounts I'd be working on or a baseline other AMs travel. Feels like a red flag. Not interested in much travel. Quarterly is manageable. Any insights from others in similar roles??

I racked up about $20k in credit card debt due to a confluence of things happening at once (move, school expenses , etc ). I have a fair amount of paper assets but not a much free cash. Assets are down a decent amount with the current market cycle and I’d prefer not to sell them to cover the debt , although they easily could. Any suggestions how to handle the credit card debt without racking up tons of ongoing card interest?
