So I finished my 3rd interview with a company and the TA specialist said they loved me but can’t meet me at my bottom line salary, however, I said I can negotiate and she said she’s going to speak with the decision makers and see if they’re okay with that. It feels like my pay and title are lower than my scope of duties. What all benefits I can get from LTi in next 6 months or so ?

My remit quadrupled+ in a recent re-org with no increase in pay/promotion, my new director is new to the company and was zero help, and I was passed over for recent promotion during the comp cycle. My work gives us points/money for achieving certain activities such as exercising for 180 mins per week. I have my Apple Watch automatically sync with the app that tracks our activities and it works great. Problem is I started using NRC (Nike run Club) app for runs and it interferes with the Workout app on my Apple Watch and it doesn’t get tracked. Has anyone found a way for the NRC and Workout app to run simultaneously (pun intended)?

Is it a big deal if a partner questions how much time you spent on something? Can’t they just write off time that seems excessive, or am I missing something?
