Curious what bonus is normal for estate planners? I’m a mid level, been practicing for about 7 years (switched into planning 3 years ago) and am in a VHCOL city. I exceeded my prorated hours, was on mat leave, and only got about 6K. 1800 hour requirement. Is this normal?
