Hi guys :) Glad to join fishbowl and this community. Guys I have an offer of 14.41 ctc from a big 4 (11 is fixed).
Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.
Any response is highly appreciated :)
I recently interviewed for L7 EM at Google and had 4 great interviews and one not so great system design. I submitted external referrals all of which gave great feedback. The recruiter said the next step is team match/interviews and then the HC. Anyone in a similar situation? What was the result? Google

I would aim for EM, since that is usually at around the ~5-6yr experience range. I’m pushing for ASC and I’m around 3-4 yr tenure - managing work-streams and 1-2 people.
If you want to start a bit lower you can start at ASC and get a mid-year promotion to EM.
I’d argue to start at ASC since this person would be an experienced hire and will need time to learn how OW does things. If they kill it then they will get promoted, rather than setting themselves up for failure
OW is garbage at incorporating experienced hires. The vast majority of the partnership started their careers at OW and have never worked elsewhere. I’ve almost never seen someone come in as an EM and thrive. Even associate is risky. Good luck.
Why is associate risky?
