Think about work life balance. PWC is strong but you're in the air every week. I just compared similar offered w SF and PWC and went with SF because life seemed like it'd be easier... That's just me.
Coach
I am a senior manager in PWC, and worked in Wipro prior to that (moved to pdubs several years back). So probably I can share some insights that might help.
I would go
with Salesforce if below things matter
1. Wlb, money
- however be aware of their talent acquisition is so screwed up. You may have several years of experience but someone else with no creds like you might end up being at your level because they just need people, hiring crazy.
With PWC if below things matter
1. Top Consulting experience
2. Broader business acumen (you not only work with Salesforce folks but also work with wide variety of people such as deals, strategy, industry-SMEs as an example).
3. Ability to learn Leadership, Mentorship skills and help junior staff to grow
But at the expense of WLB, travel (less than before).
i have not heard much about silver line before so I cannot for them
I worked at Salesforce & PWC in the past. The work life balance at Salesforce is far better than any consulting gig. salary and benefits should be similar between all three companies. As a tech arch, I wouldn’t expect a lot of travel going forward with any company.
Salary/career progression. Jumping from company to company every few years gave me a better salary and streamlined promotions.
Salesforce >Silverline > PwC. I would advise against PwC given the options you have.
Definitely not personal experience working at any of the three 🤪
What’s your current profile/skill set/yoe? I would say salesforce but know that it is a hands on role and you would work as an individual contributor. Share Offer details for the community to better advise you.
Senior manager role in big 4 is more powerful IMHO. If you are a hands on guy, don’t mind playing an individual contributor role then go for saleforce.
Salesforce has the best pay and will win on wlb- seems like a no brainer. Should be less travel then a pwc as well.
What are the comp numbers?
Wipro whats ur yoe
What’s your YOE and skillset?
PwC1 are you really going to compare Wipro and TCS to Big4? It’s like comparing Big4 to MBB.
