Currently consulting with my contract up in October but waiting on an offer from Accenture for a senior manager position. I’ve been waiting approx 6 weeks, is this usual? Should I chase? Or carry on looking for other opportunities

What does a base salary for an EP with commission usually look like in this role? What should I be asking for?
