1. Capgemini - Associate Consultant - 8.5 Fixed in Kolkata (Hometown)
2. Deloitte (US) - Analyst - 9.4 Fixed + 10% Variable + 1.2l Joining bonus (Bangalore) - WFH till Jan '22 as of now
1. I am inclined towards staying in Kolkata.
2. Google says there is a Deloitte office in Kolkata, not sure if its the US one, can I be transferred to this office?
3. How likely it is to comeback to Kolkata after 2 years

I am terribly underpaid in my current org at 5.5 LPA after a recent promotion and annual appraisal. Another mid size consulting firm offered me 7.5 LPA but I am asking them around 9 LPA.

20+ 30+ 40+ 50+ 60+ LPAs

Majority of our salaries are going in Taxes..
I came across two examples where, one person having 13 lpa is getting almost 95+ after all tax declarations.. And another person with 20 lpa is getting around 1.05 lakhs take home after deductions..
So it's just 10k difference every month.. 13 lpa vs 20 lpa...

My CTC is 10 lpa & take home salary is 78.5k pm after deductions..

I have joined wipro on 31st Jan 2022 so as per 6 month calculation my probation period will end on 31st July 2022.

If before 31st July I am putting down papers my Notice period woud be of one months right and not 3 months since my probation ends after 31st.

As per offer letter it's mentioned in probation notice period is of 30 days.

Please let me know if my understanding is right ?
