CAIA vs CFA?
Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months. It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup. In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much. But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

For those that interviewed with both, how would you suggest I tailor my preparation for each one? I understand McKinsey is interviewer led while Bain is the opposite. But other than that, is there anything else I should work on separately for each one?

What I mean is that this is not a recruitment process for one single specific position.
Don’t read too much into it. Best thing you can do is focus on yourself and crush your interview. I know with campus recruiting they had batches of candidates over 2 weeks. Whether you interviewed one week or another did not influence your offer decision. It’s probably similar to that for EH.
Interviewers are partners with very demanding clients. They don't own their time. Don't over think this; use the extra time to prepare and reflect
