Newbie to investing and never invested in a company that went through a reverse stock split.
In theory, I understand the market value should increase but I’m not seeing this reflected in the price and naturally my book value/ share is very disappointing.
A) When should I anticipate the stock appreciation to occur?
B) What’s the next move for companies that do this? Issue more shares?
TIA!

Spent 2 years between Anderson mill + McNeil in a lovely house. Would say it’s not very walkable along the lane line corridor. Things are close, but not mueller close
My fiancée and I are in this exact predicament. In Mueller right now, love it, but looking to buy within a year or two.
We’re considering renting for another year just to enjoy it some more and get married before we buy.
Mueller is great, but I don’t want an $800k townhome with no yard and a $400/month HOA…. Let me know if you find anything worth looking into.
Walkability drops a bit when you go further north. We live in Highland and love it, but it’s kinda limited what you can walk to except a few restaurants and a coffeeshop. The Crescent Mall is great fun and close though.
What about far East, near Pleasant Valley? A bit edgier, but tons of apartments popping up east and west of river, and lots of green space + fun places to eat and drink.
Update - probably gonna buy a house in Mueller - anyone want to take over my lease for my current mueller home starting in January? Lol
Yeah gonna at least make an offer - HOAs are high but for the townhomes they at least cover more than the typical hoa
Sending you a DM
How much do you pay in Mueller?
Paying about $3k to rent a home
