Hi all, negotiating with HR on salary for a new AS position and want to know what’s fair. I was an AE for two years, took a promotion at another agency for SAE for only 8 months and am now being recruited for AS at 80k. TCS ghosted me. I cleared 2 rounds of interview and they asked me to update the documents. They are in verified status since 2 weeks. Since then I heard nothing from them. The salary negotiation has not happened yet. I called the HR and got the response like they will get back in a few days.

Product based companies have immense pressure to innovate, their developers are also under pressure as they don't find solution in stack over flow as they are doing some thing new. So is product based worth the hype. The companies to go down or bankrupt first are product based only.
