How do you start waking up early? Always been a night owl and sleep around 1. Wake up at 8/8:30 right before work starts.
I need to start waking up early to get into workout /yoga and meditation routine. I tried today and kept snoozing my alarm for 2 hours.

Does great depth and specialization outweigh the value of a highly respected generalist degree?

I am tech guy with almost 3yr exp, but I want to switch to a Management role. Going for an MBA is not possible for me. I was wondering about the possibility to switch to a management role within the next 2 years without an MBA. Company/Brand is not a bar for me.
Can somebody please suggest how to do this?

Looking for some advice - I'm thinking about going back to school in the next few years for my MBA and I'm wondering if I should stay at my firm for another year until I get promoted to consultant (level that most MBAs come in as) or if I should not bother and leave next year as a Senior Associate? Hello everyone. So I am in a dilemma as to what should be my salary expectations. I have 3 years of experience and currently hold an offer of 8.6 lpa.
My skillset :
1. Java with selenium ( entire CI/CD process). So am familiar with Jenkins, Git , selenium grid and everything related to this project.
2. Java with rest assured. Alongwith postman and readyAPI.
3. SQL
4. All about functional testing.
What should I be expecting moving forward ?
